Freedom Bakery is an artisan sourdough bakery based in Glasgow, supplying some of Scotland’s best restaurants, cafés and independent retailers.

We’re also a social enterprise - creating training and employment opportunities for people in the prison system, and expanding this work further in 2026 through a dedicated charity.
